RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES 

Thank you for your Fan-Wear.com purchase. Our goal is to have very satisfied customers with their purchase and product experiences.  However, from time to time, for various reasons, returns and exchanges are necessary. In the event that a Return or an Exchange is necessary to consider, please locate your product category below and follow the steps to create a positive return and exchange experience with Fan-Wear.com; any products that are personal garments used against the skin, when opened or used, these items are no longer in original hygienic condition and therefore unable to be returned for a credit. They may be considered for Fan-Wear.com store credit 

 

RETURNS 

Return Authorization Number Required: YES 

 
Products Eligible For Return:  
Collegiate Sneakers 
Collegiate sneakers are eligible for return provided they are unworn, in original packaging and box, and in sellable condition. The Return Authorization request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase receipt and all returns may be subject to a restocking fee.   
Collegiate Arm Sleeves, Golf-Sleeves & SUNSLEEVES 
Collegiate Arm Sleeves (ARMFLAGS), Golf-Sleeves and SunSleeves are eligible for return provided they are unworn, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. The Return Authorization request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase receipt and all returns may be subject to a restocking fee 
Custom School Kicks™ 
Custom School Kicks, customized sneakers are ineligible to be returned for credit or reimbursement. They may be eligible for Exchange (see Products Eligible For Exchange below) 
Manufacturers Workmanship Defects 
Fan-Wear.com warrants all products it sells against manufacturer’s workmanship defects and in the unlikely event you receive a product that you believe has a workmanship defect, please contact

EXCHANGES 


Exchange Return Authorization Number Required: YES 
 

Products Eligible for Exchange:  
Collegiate Sneakers 
All collegiate sneakers are eligible for exchange for sizing reasons, provided they are unworn, in original packaging and box, and in sellable conditions. The Exchange Return Authorization request must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Customer is to send product back to Fan-Wear.com and upon receipt, Fan-Wear.com shall exchange the product as requestedand send back to the customer, at Fan-Wear.com’s expense.   
Collegiate Arm Sleeves, Golf-Sleeves & SUNSLEEVES 
All collegiate ARM SLEEVES, Golf-Sleeves and SunSleeves are eligible for exchange for sizing/color reasons only, provided they are unworn, in original packaging and in sellable conditions. The Exchange Return Authorization request must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Customer is to send product back to Fan-Wear.com and Fan-Wear.com, upon receipt, shall exchange the product for the requested size exchange, and send back to the customer.   
Custom School Kicks™ 
Custom School Kicks™, customized sneakers, as a rule, are ineligible for exchange due to their custom nature. Exceptions may be made for sizing request exchanges.

How Do I obtain a Return Authorization Number or an Exchange Return Authorization Number? 
 
Step 1 

2 Methods:   
a) If you log in under your customer login, there is a “Request a Return Authorization/Exchange Return Authorization” section; just complete the request info and submit. Fan-Wear.com Customer Service will contact you to provide you with your RA#.  
b) You may call FAN-WEAR.com Customer Service Returns Dept. at 1-844-MYKICKS or 1-844-695-4257 
 
Step 2 
Upon receipt of the RA #, please return the products in its original packaging, original box if applicable, and in saleable condition, to:  
Fan-Wear.com, Attn: Returns Dept. 
1900 Industrial Blvd., Ste.208 
Colleyville, TX 76034 
 
NOTE: RA# must be visible on the outside of the package to obtain proper credit/exchange value. 
 
Step 3 
Upon receipt of the returned products, FAN-WEAR.com shall send you an email notification of receipt, then assess the product for its saleable condition and advise you of the outcome.  

 

CANCELLED ORDERS 

FAN-WEAR ships most of its standard orders on the same day or the next business day. If your order has not yet shipped, it may be a custom order that takes additional time to produce. If you contact us before the start of the making of your order, you may eligible to cancel your order. If your order has already been started or shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. If you refuse your shipment, FAN-WEAR reserves the right to charge you the cost of the product and the costs associated with the shipment of your product. 

If your shipping address is an undeliverable address, FAN-WEAR reserve the right to charge you the costs associated with shipping and retrieving the undelivered shipment.
